The ARISTOCRATIA ÉLITUM Authenticity Tag is a permanent feature available exclusively on select pieces from our latest curated collections. It is embedded as a mark of genuine craftsmanship, heritage, and trust — and therefore cannot be added to or removed from any product after production.

This tag serves as a unique verification of authenticity and is integrated during final assembly to ensure its integrity remains uncompromised.

Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section. 

Pre-orders and back-orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us.  

Made to Order and personalized items, including DIY orders, cannot be canceled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link, here you will also have the option of opting in for text updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.

Made to Order items are final sale. Once an order has successfully been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund. 

Yes, items received as gifts are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet our return conditions. However, please note that any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used by the purchaser.

If you proceed with a return, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs upfront, which are refundable upon approval of the return. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and will undergo a quality verification before any refund or exchange is initiated.

Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, the refund is typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Please note that the entire return process may take up to 30 days, depending on your location, courier timelines, and return approval stages.

If the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part, we prioritize the process and your refund may be issued immediately upon confirmation.

For change-of-mind returns, you will first need to send the product back in original condition. Return shipping is refundable once approved. We’ll keep you informed throughout every step.
